Our Approach

Early childhood is not random. It is foundational - designed with purpose.

We provide highly individualized, home-based occupational therapy for infants and young children, specializing in developmental foundations and sensory regulation. Rather than treating isolated skills in clinical settings, we assess each child within the environments that shape their daily life - the home, daycare, classroom, and the rhythms of family life.

From there, we design comprehensive structured programs that integrate intervention, parent guidance, and coordinated advocacy when needed.

We believe early development is a responsibility of steward with wisdom and care. We do not offer scattered sessions. We deliver intentional pathways designed to create measurable, lasting change.

Why Home-Based Matters

A child's nervous system, sensory patterns, sleep rhythms, and daily transitions unfold within the natural environments. When therapy occurs in that environment, we see what is true - not what is performed.

This allows us to refine foundations in real time, integrate strategy into everyday routines, and equip parents with clarity and confidence.

Because early childhood is not isolated. It is relational. Environmental. Foundational.

How Providence Pediatric Therapy Differs

Traditional occupational therapy targets isolated skills within structured settings.  Providence Pediatric Therapy takes a foundational approach. Rather than focusing solely on surface behaviors or task completion, we assess the underlying systems shaping your child's development through highly individualized programs. Our model is not volume-based or insurance-driven. We maintain limited caseloads to ensure intentionality to strengthen foundations - not simply manage symptoms.
