Early childhood is foundational and designed with purpose.
We provide highly individualized, home-based occupational therapy and speech therapy for infants and young children, specializing in early development, sensory regulation, and feeding. Rather than treating isolated skills in a clinic, we evaluate each child within the environments that shape their daily life—the home, daycare, classroom, and the rhythms of family life.
From there, we develop an individualized treatment plan that combines direct intervention with practical parent coaching, empowering families with the knowledge and strategies to confidently support their child's development every day. Our goal is not to create long-term dependence on therapy, but to equip parents so that many children can transition to periodic check-ins while continuing to thrive at home. Every family's journey is different, and we tailor our recommendations and level of support to meet each child's unique needs.
We believe early development is a responsibility to steward with wisdom and care. We do not offer scattered sessions. We provide intentional, individualized treatment plans designed to create meaningful, measurable, and lasting change.
Why Home-Based Matters
A child's nervous system, sensory patterns, sleep rhythms, and daily transitions unfold within the natural environments. When therapy occurs in that environment, we see what is true - not what is performed.
This allows us to refine foundations in real time, integrate strategy into everyday routines, and equip parents with clarity and confidence.

Traditional occupational therapy targets isolated skills within structured settings. Providence Pediatric Therapy takes a foundational approach. Rather than focusing solely on surface behaviors or task completion, we assess the underlying systems shaping your child's development through highly individualized programs. Our model is not volume-based or insurance-driven. We maintain limited caseloads to ensure intentionality to strengthen foundations - not simply manage symptoms.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every treatment plan is intentionally designed around the child and the family - including developmental goals, home environment, scheduling needs, and the practical rhythms of everyday life.
